I have always had a passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes. From a young age, I was fascinated by how simple ingredients could be combined and transformed into something entirely new.
Food is a universal experience that connects us all. It's incredible how asking "What's for dinner?" can bring people together.
Your fresh, made-to-order meals are my passion.
As for me, I love providing fresh, made-to-order meals for each client. Planning lunch for groups should be stress-free and enjoyable, and as someone who loves to eat, I'm happy to take on the task. The best food is often simple and locally sourced. I started my career at a family-owned pizza restaurant in Baldwin, WI, serving our community and surrounding areas.
Eventually, my passion for farm-to-fork cuisine and local ingredients led me to become a private chef in 2009 and transition to catering.
Now I serve Western, WI, with my catering company, Mindful Fork.
At Mindful Fork, we specialize in providing stress-free event planning and catering services with a keen eye for detail. Our menu options include on-site catering packages, boxed lunches, a buffet, and ready-to-serve options. With years of experience as a chef, I have honed my skills through education, training, and hands-on experience in top-rated restaurants.
I take pride in creating meals that are not only delectable but also visually appealing, believing that food should be a feast for all senses. Therefore, I carefully source the freshest, highest-quality ingredients and incorporate innovative and classic techniques and flavors worldwide. As a chef, I always strive to learn and grow and am eager to explore new culinary horizons.
